I lived At Village at SunValley Apts here in Mesa for 2 years and paid my rent on time every month. My lease ended and I was going to move in to their other property called San Fernando! I gave San Fernando my $600 deposit a month in advance. Kiley at San Fernando told I would be given a call in 3-5 business days to say weather or not I would be approved. A week past and I heard nothing. I called almost 3 to 4 times a week and spoke with Martin. All he told me is that Kiley would get back to me. Sure enough, the day of move in I was told the apt wasn't even ready. The next day I asked for $600

The person that mows the lawn was here to day as they usually do not mow in front or behind building one for whatever reason I was quite happy to see him I moved the chair and the table so he could do the far end by the pool and he still refused to and left that undone. The poor maintenance of this property is an ongoing problem.

The worst company to work for, nepotism, employee favoritism, extremely unprofessional to have couples working on same property especially when it's a community manager, and supervisor, at the same property. Completely unethical and unprofessional for company who pride themselves on professionalism, very hypocritical.

I’ve been working for Chamberlain for a few months now, there’s things that they need to improve but they seem to be aware of it and taking care of it, they can be a bit pushy but it’s understandable since they strive to be the best Management company out there. If you show up on time and do what you’re supposed to do, you’ll be golden at Chamberlain & Associates.

Beware they will steal your money.
Their rental manager for Nola on 50th mistakenly charged me for an additional month's rent after I moved out and they have failed to return the money. It has been over 3 months and they keep ignoring me. They will charge you for rent after you move out and ghost you.
Taking them to small claims court after October.

Chamberlain and associates group at the nines property Tries to siphon money from tenants by adding fees without exclamation. For example they request an overpayment of rent and more than what was agreed-upon when I moved in. How does one change the rental price after there’s a signed lease agreement for what is owed? Also apparently every month or adding late fees to on time payment of rent/ promise to pay there are many tenants that are going through this. Also many tenants are being charged $40 extra for water when it was already included in the rental fees on the sign documentation when moving

Chamberlin + Associates, LLC took over the complex I live in a few months ago and it’s been a headache since day 1. They never answer the phone when you call and when you speak with them in person, they tell you to submit a ticket that never gets worked. The office staff consistently lie to the tenants just to get them out of the office when they come down to complain since they don’t answer the phone or respond to the tickets that are submitted. I moved into an “upgraded” 2/2 unit and there are so many small things wrong it’s not funny. The major issue is one of the showers does not

This company is pure greed. What ever happened to a simple rental agreement with easily understood fees when late? The complexity of what they do is to confuse the tenant so they do not challenge it. I hope someone takes them to court ASAP.

This management company swooped in and did not renew any rents for any newly upgraded apartments and gave 30 day notices. They are painting the property and remodeling all non newly remodeled apartments. If you have an Apartment that is not newly remodeled, they don’t care about you. If you submit a maintenance request, you will be ignored. You can submit a maintenance request for a pipe leak and you will be ignored. You don’t matter to these people if you aren’t paying their higher price for a remodeled apartment. This place is not worth what they now want to charge.
