We began working together in 2007. The project was to create a program for our sales team that sold marketing solutions to local businesses. Ben was the head of operations and product and Autumn lead our fulfillment team. At the program's peak, we built hundreds of websites, search campaigns and videos on a monthly basis.
This is not to say we did any of this alone; we were joined by incredible team members and leaders every step of the way. But we were the first and last two to work on the program. Yet the entire time we worked together in corporate life, a few things became clear. First, we worked well together and trusted each other.
