Tim has been a licensed real estate broker in Nebraska since 2006. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha and has earned degrees in Real Estate and Land Use Economics, Finance & Banking, Investment Science & Portfolio Management, and Commerical Real Estate Finance. Tim has worked in and around real estate for nearly his entire life.

Whether you are an experienced investor or a first time landlord, we can help you generate income while preserving your asset. We love real estate and we treat your property like its our own. Residents

If you are interested in applying for one of our available properties, you will need to fill out an online rental application. Each adult that will be living at the property will need to fill out their own application. The fee to process an application is $25.00. You will also need to fax or email a recent paystub.
Renters Insurance
Report
When you sign a lease with us you are required to have renter's insurance. Our insurance only covers the building where you live - not your belongings or your liability for accidents. If your possessions are stolen during a break-in or damaged by a fire or severe weather, a renters insurance policy can allow you to recover their value.
Utilities
Report
If your home is located within the city limits of Omaha, trash service is included in your rent. If your home is in an SID or outside the city limits, its possible that you will have to contract for trash service on your own. Refer to your lease package for details.
