Fleming & Monroe
Finding a personal injury attorney or an estate plan lawyer in a large metropolitan area, as we have here in Phoenix, means there's no shortage of legal help to turn to. It seems like there is an attorney on every corner - and this gives you, the consumer, options. One question we frequently get asked is along the lines of why should someone hire Fleming & Monroe.

Of course, my partner Jacob Fleming and I might be a bit biased, but we genuinely believe we're a great choice for people who need a trustworthy, experienced attorney. There are four reasons why you'd be making a good decision to hire us if you have a personal injury law matter or need help with an Arizona estate plan.
Services
Legal Insurance Accepted
Report
We accept legal insurance ARAG, MetLife Legal and LegalShield. If your employer offers one of these providers' plans and you signed up for it, you can get an estate plan at no cost to you. You only have to contact your company (typically, someone in Human Resources) to get a claim number. Then, contact us so we can start preparing your free estate plan.
Personal Injury Law
Report
Fleming & Monroe's personal injury attorneys are based in Mesa, and we help clients throughout Arizona. We can talk with you in person, by phone or on a video call. When you choose to work with us, you do not pay an attorney fee upfront. We work with you on a contingency basis. This means our fee is contingent on the outcome of your personal injury matter.
How Much Does It Cost to Hire a Personal Injury Attorney
Report
Hiring a personal injury attorney can be a daunting process for people - especially when it comes to the "money question" and finding out how much the attorney will charge. When you work with a personal injury attorney, it's important to know the difference between attorney fees and attorney costs.
Estate Planning
Report
At Fleming & Monroe, PLC, we believe it's never too early to start preparing for the future. For this reason, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your estate plan. As difficult as it may be to confront the idea of your own mortality or potentially becoming incapacitated, it is extremely important to start building a safety net now to preserve your legacy and protect your family.
