When Cook County was organized in 1831 with approximately 100 residents in 2,464 square miles, it encompassed much of what is today Lake, DuPage, Will, McHenry, and Cook counties. DuPage county takes it's name from the DuPage River. DuPage was established as a separate county from Cook County in 1839 with the original county seat being in Naperville.

Ken is awesome and a true professional. He's very good at what he does and made this process as easy on us at it could have been. We had a few different ideas for the type of house and location we were looking for and he helped us find it in a short period of time. Ken was extremely professional in everything that he did and was available at anytime if I needed help or any questions answered.

Having never used a real estate agent before, Ken & Digital Realty came highly recommended from a close friend. We had spoken with a couple of real estate agents, prior to meeting with Ken, and all we heard was how great their company was and how well represented in the market they were and the one thing that was missing was that they were not hearing us. Ken came in and listened, to what We wanted and what We were hoping to accomplish. He presented us with a plan that met our needs and expectations, and then delivered. With other houses in our area just sitting, ours sold. When looking for the

"As an employee of BP I’ve transferred in and out of Naperville a couple of times. Ken did a great job. I’ve been really happy with his service. I’ve had the opportunity to refer other BP transferees, friends and neighbors to Ken over the years. Mary & I love our house in Ashbury and we highly recommend Ken Carn to anyone.”

Worst experience Ive ever had with a realty company. Property manager Anne Marie is racist, rude, and unprofessional. My Family and I were given approx 30 days to vacate a rental property that we've lived in for 5 years without any prior warning or courtesy. I was concerned regarding the short notice and being able to find another home with such short notice and was told to take my family and I to an extended stay because that was not their concern. I have 4 small children, all under 6 and did not deserve that response or inconsiderstion. This is one example and I could tell many more

I have on idea where to start but first we where rushed to move in the place even though it wasn't ready. They had maintenance workers coming in for the dishwasher that was broke it had things broken that had to be fixed (blinds, closet doors). We moved in the middle of August and they don't check their dwellings obviously because when it came time to put on the heat it didn't work. Well i have wife and two young kids (under 4 years old) and they allowed us to go without heat for 2 weeks! The place got down to 48 degrees they offered nothing to us, no heaters or anything. What they wanted to do

Ken is an expert - he knows the business and the market better than anyone. If they list your home, expect it to be sold at warp speed. If you're buying, you'll be shocked by how intuitive they can be. You won't see a million homes, because they respect your time and have a way of immediately finding exactly what you're looking for. Even if you're indecisive - that's okay, they'll help you figure it out and the best thing is, you won't feel pressured. Very kind, trustworthy people. It's been an excellent, stress-free experience.

Do not waste your time or money with Digital Realty! They are unprofessional and treat their tenants like trash. On top of all that, they'll try and steal your security deposit with lies. For example, after our 1 year lease was up, we moved out and left the house is excellent shape. However, they claimed that there were stains and smells in the brand new carpet (installed the week prior to us moving in). They claimed to have professionally cleaned the carpet and it still couldn't get the suspect stains and smell out. So they charged us a $1000+ fee to install new carpets. When we asked to see the
