Questions
What makes prenatal massage different from regular massage?
Prenatal massage uses specialized positioning and techniques tailored to pregnancy needs. Therapists are trained in maternal physiology to safely address common discomforts like back pain, swelling, and circulation issues.
When is the best time to start prenatal massage?
Clients can begin prenatal massage at any stage of pregnancy. First trimester sessions focus on nausea relief, second trimester addresses weight distribution, and third trimester prepares the body for labor through targeted techniques.
Do you offer in-home massage services?
Yes, we provide in-home massage services across Manhattan. Our therapists bring all necessary equipment to ensure safe and comfortable treatment in your personal space with proper body support systems.
What should I wear during a prenatal massage?
Clients remain fully clothed during sessions. Therapists use draping techniques and specialized cushions to access treatment areas while maintaining comfort and modesty throughout the massage process.
How often should I schedule prenatal massage sessions?
Most clients benefit from biweekly sessions during second trimester and weekly sessions in final month. Frequency depends on individual needs and healthcare provider recommendations for optimal pregnancy wellness.

A MUST HAVE, critical service for any pregnant person. I saw Skyla throughout my pregnancy for prenatal massage (had at least 5 sessions in my 2nd and 3rd trimesters); without her services I would have been in unbearable hip and leg pain. She was extremely skilled and attentive to my changing body pains while providing informed and comforting relief. And she is super friendly and makes the client feel very relaxed. Plus the massage space is clean, comforting and very calming. I would 100% recommend her services to any pregnant person and I will be going back to her for post natal services.

Amazing experience! We did a partner prenatal massage where Anne gave me a massage while also teaching my husband how to give prenatal and postpartum massage. It was very relaxing for me, educational for my husband, and a great bonding experience for both of us. We highly recommend Anne to any pregnant mama, and would especially recommend the partner massage. We only wish we had this sooner in pregnancy!

Anne is phenomenal. This is my first child, therefore first prenatal massage and I was in heaven. Anne is skilled, professional, incredibly kind and I could tell has a wonderful smile underneath her mask. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and I left feeling so relaxed and happy. Baby was kicking with happiness as well. I can't wait to go back!

Had an exceptional massage with Demi and loved every minute. She worked through so much tension that I had stored up in my body -- and I feel a million times better already. Can't wait to go back!

Stephanie was wonderful and quite knowledgeable. She listened to my requests and pain spots, and told me her plan ahead of time. Definitely felt much more relaxed afterwards and hope to return for more! The location was accessible and they had a special prenatal massage bed set up. Well worth it!

Anne is amazing! I highly recommend all pregnant women to get regular massages...its the best thing for physical and mental health. Her touch is firm which I love though I'm sure she adjusts to your taste. This is my first review ever and I had to write one to say how wonderful Anne is! Do it ladies!

I had a massage with Demi yesterday and it was the best massage I have ever had -- and I used to get massages monthly from very talented practitioners pre-pregnancy. Demi has a great understanding of prenatal bodies and needs, using the perfect amount of pressure. On top of that she was very professional and sweet, making a really relaxing environment for my first prenatal massage. Thank you so much Demi!
