Dr. Farrell is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. In his third year he participated in extramural rotations in Dillingham, Alaska and in Denver at the University of Colorado General Practice Residency program.
Dr. Farrell earned his BS in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and currently holds active memberships in the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and the Wake County Dental Society.Dr. Farrell is an advocate for his patients and insists that each patient receive the utmost in personalized care.
