Cores Management recently acquired the apartment complex Azul Baldwin Park. Upon taking ownership they did not track when deposits were due back, and to this day have not returned my money. The property manager was unable to give me anyones contact information and had an attitude. They clearly need to work on their customer service as this is the worst I have ever seen.
I would not recommend renting from Cores Management.
