I started my career in Real Estate in 1985 and received my Brokers license two years later in 1987. I opened Baer & Company Realtors in 1987 serving both residential and commercial real estate needs. These included site selections and warehouse space for Wal-Mart. After many years, I decided to dedicate my time to residential real estate only and joined Crye-Leike Realtors.

Born and raised in Memphis, TN, I graduated from Christian Brothers High School in 2003. I went onto Indiana University where I completed my undergraduate studies in Business Management and Entrepreneurship at the Kelley School of Business in 2007. I bought his first house shortly after graduating college and has been involved in real estate ever since.
