Ravioli filled with delicious butternut squash and served in a creamy sage and browned butter sauce with a hint of cream. Ravioli filled with a blend of smoked Swiss, ricotta, white cheddar, parmesan and feta cheese, sun-dried tomato, parsley and other flavorings.
Unless stated otherwise, our pasta is served with our delicious homemade Marinara Sauce that is a unique recipe in our family for over 100 years- Other sauces are also available-Bolognese (meat), Alfredo (cream), butter mozzarella, Pomodoro, Pesto, Pesto-Alfredo.Salmon grilled and served with a cold tomato basil sauce over a bed of romaine lettuce with sauteed vegetables.
