Our Story
Report
A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, and favor is better than silver or gold. The story of Fitchett Funeral Home started over 80 years ago in the early 1930's when Charlie Samuel Fitchett decided to take a chance on his interest in the funeral industry. Because of the lack of African American owned funeral homes in the area at the time, he envisioned owning and operating his own funeral home.
