Dr. Sarah L. Dodge and Dr. Kristian Johnson met at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Outside of the office, their hobbies include camping, hiking, fishing, snowboarding and kayaking. They live in Carnation with their Australian Cattle Dog Patella (Ella for short), Siamese cat Lunate (Luna for short) and six chickens: Dorothy, Rose, Blanche, Penny, Sage and Lavender.

She is also Webster certified to work with pregnant patients. Dr. Johnson has additional training in quintessential application clinical protocol utilizing muscle testing.

First Visit

You will be greeted with initial paperwork. This should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Next you will go to a private room where you will give either Dr. Dodge or Dr. Johnson a thorough history of your complaint, plus some details as to family history, surgeries, etc. We will then do an examination to determine whether or not we feel chiropractic is right for your condition and to see if further testing is needed before care.

Medical services are provided and billed by Life in Balance Family Chiropractic. Our doctors participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. The following list includes the health insurance companies which we currently are in network with. If your plan is not listed, we will still be able file your claims for you, but your benefit amounts will be dependent on your "out-of-network" policy limits.
