I feel that when an employee goes beyond the call of duty, it should be called to the attention of the 'higher ups.' While having dinner this week at Nonno Tony's, it seemed to be an over-sight of both the hostess and the waitresses/waiters that we were seated and waiting for awhile for someone to take our order. I approached a young man (I later learned that it was corporate chef James Lundy) about not being waited on. He immediately took our orders and gave us such wonderful service.
