From our beginning in 1985, we are extremely thankful for your business and appreciate how far we've come. Shapley's has a strict reservations policy of holding a table for no more than 15 minutes at which time the table will be given to the next waiting party.

In 1985, Mary and I embarked on a dream of establishing a dining tradition for our local market. We were blessed to see a level of success that would exceed our expectations with Shapley's becoming a dining destination. Although thankful, we had a greater priority so. In 1998, we took a break from the business to raise our two girls, Amy and Elizabeth, who were 6 and 3 years old at the time.
