They are thieves!!! I rented this apartment for one year during COVID- during which I didn’t even reside here, but in my second home working remotely. They charged me $100 for professional carpet cleaning and $300 for “apartment cleaning” out of my security deposit! It’s the responsibility OF THE APARTMENT COMPLEX to clean the apartment to have it… ready for the next tenants!!! Mind you, I did clean the actual apartment the day PRIOR to my leaving. THEY’RE CROOKS AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! And then they don’t respond or give any valid reason as to why they

I will not recommend anyone to purse this establishments or any apartments! They do not care about their tenants. They only care about their money. It’s not worth the hassle. Take your hard working money else where. When you move out is when you see their true colors.

Rip off. They never did walk through because all they wanna do it to get your deposits. One key lost, asked to pay for two regardless of the fact that one was lost. Rip off!!!!
