I always get my printer ink and sticky notes/fine point markers at Northwood Office Express. They are kind, prompt and very patient when I have changed my printer and can't remember the cartridge number. Thanks for your fine service!

I purchased a 246XL Cannon black ink cartridge in Traverse City on South Airport Road West, and was charged $45.63, yesterday and I found out that they price gouged, it costs $22 to $26 elsewhere in Traverse City. When I called to find clarification they were uncooperative about why they charge twice the value for same product.
