Everything about the appointment was excellent! The store had a huge selection without being overwhelming. Montana was lovely and so very helpful. As someone who thought finding a dress would be stressful and frustrating (I'm super tall and hard to fit), Montana and the team made it an unforgettable experience. I'm so thankful!

Besides finding the one, I found multiple dresses here that I loved! Even if I didn’t I would still highly recommend coming to Signature for how caring their team is and the beautiful selection they have.
Olga was AMAZING, she helped make sure I had a great experience and that I found something I truly was happy with and comfortable in. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and they are very accommodating with appointments.

Signature Bridal was an absolute dream boutique when it came to bridal gown shopping. The boutique is adorable, they had a wide variety of dresses, and my stylist Olga was fantastic and top notch as was the entire staff. Olga was incredible and you can tell she has such a deep knowledge of fashion and style I feel she belongs with NYFW! For someone who hadn’t tried on wedding gowns before or had a vision of my dream gown, Olga’s process of narrowing down “the gown” was so helpful. I love this bridal shop! The first time I ever tried on wedding dresses, I came here. I had the best experience from the good vibes from everyone that worked there to the amazing dress selections. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on and it is so beautiful. Every time I’ve gone back to the store to either try on my dress or pick out a veil, the staff make me feel so special and make it such a fun experience.

I had an amazing experience at Signature Bridal. Olga was my bridal consultant and I am so glad she was my first experience dress shopping. I went to multiple places after her and it did not compare. My family and I still laugh at how she told us to "say goodbye" to the dresses I wasn't keen on. I read another review that bashed her and I just wanted to come on here and say how awesome she was! I had the most top-notch experience at Signature Bridal and found THE dress with the help of the amazing Ally and the wide selection of gorgeous gowns they had to offer! My bridal consultant, Ally glanced at a few pictures of dresses I liked and pulled an amazing, curated assortment of gowns in my style. She asked specific and thoughtful questions to gain more understanding of the venue, lighting, dress details and overall mood I wanted to create. My first experience with this bridal salon was really bad. Olga was the stylist and she made me feel horrible about myself on a day that should of been exciting. In fact she told me a fitted dress wouldn’t look good bc my hips are too curvy. (Who says that to someone) She forced me into buying a dress that was so far from my vision & I felt backed into a corner. I expressed my concerns with the owner and she agreed to give me a % of store credit to apply towards a new gown with new stylist. I found the boho dress of my dreams. I picked up my dress today, tried it on and fell in love all over

I don't normally write reviews but I am so bothered and sad by my experience here that I feel I should warn future brides. I was shopping at their sister store Bestow Bridal and had an amazing stylist Chrissy work with me. She even helped move my appt time at Signature up because I didn't know they were next door. So I show up at Signature and I am assigned a stylist Olga. From the start she demanded I show her photos of my dream dress that I didn't have prepared. Signature has their dresses online and allows you to create a wish list which is awesome, so I already had my items picked

Wonderful salon! The staff were super helpful with helping me find my dream dress. They followed up with me promptly when my dress/accessories arrived and worked with my schedule to have me come in for a fitting. Any questions I had were answered promptly. An Experience to be had! Olga helped us and she was fantastic! You have to have the right attitude, but if you have an open mind and want to have fun and have great assistance with an eye for what will look good on you, we highly recommend going to this shop. From start to finish, there is no doubt that Olga knows what she is talking about - from dresses to accessories to hair styles and all.....we got help and a view of the process unlike anywhere else. Nope nope nope. There are too many bridal shops in the austin area to subject yourself to this place. The front desk girl was great, she's the reason it has more than a one star rating.
Olga was AWFUL! I should have ran for the hills upon meeting her because it didn't get better. She was rude, bossy and did not make for a good experience at all. I would get specific but it would take too long.
Let's just say, i actually found my dream dress but i will be purchasing it from a different salon because i refuse to go back here!

I went for the first time to try on gowns yesterday. Olga seemed irritated and frustrated from the start. It was like it was a problem to have to deal with me. She was very short with my friend and I. She even put her hand in my friends face in a "talk to the hand" gesture and said "who is the bride here? Are you the bride? Are you paying for it?" I walked in prepared to pay for the dress. I walked out not wanting to ever enter that building again. The whole process was demeaning. It was not the special moment that we all dream of. I felt bullied by Olga the entire time.

I just love this place, and I'm so happy I found my dress here!! The selection of dresses can't be beat, especially with how many dresses they have in store from popular designers like Maggie Sottero. If you've been looking at gowns on Pinterest, odds are this shop carries most of them! I got to spend as much time as I wanted in the dress I loved; I was never rushed, even though they were approaching closing time. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. Maybe I was spoiled by my first appointment at another salon, but this was horrible. As others have mentioned, they do not offer you water or any sort of drink. Which is not huge, but just goes into the whole experience. I was told I would be with Olga who looked less than enthused to be there. Obviously with COVID I expected some modifications, but I was told I could not touch any of the dresses and I just had to tell her what I was looking for and she would go and find some. Apologies for the lengthy review, I did a lot of research prior to scheduling an appointment at a bridal salon. I booked for myself plus the bridesmaids appointment which gave me 2.5 hrs total. I really thought I would love this place. I can't understand how so many people have had such a great experience when mine was so drastically different. I went to five bridal salons in two days with two of my closest friends, and I definitely had the best experience at this salon. My consultant, Julia, was amazing, the store is well lit, airy, and spacious, and they have a large selection of dresses at a great price point! Julia was truly a gem. I wanted to see if I even liked any of the dresses and staff prior to scheduling. They were extremely friendly and encouraged me to look. Then I found the ONE! We worked with Maddie (who was the BEST) to try it on, she clearly set expectations on ordering with times, very knowledgeable about what alterations could and could not be done and made the process a breeze. The service here was top notch. I only ended up here because they were only place in town that had a specific dress I wanted to see (which I didn't end up going with). Olga was amazing and so helpful. She knew what was in my heart better than I did. Two days later, I came for my appointment at Signature Bridal and was definitely let down a bit. I felt much more like a customer at Marshall's or TJ Maxx than a bride who deserves the "Say Yes to the Dress" experience at a bridal store. Blue Bridal was VERY beautiful and CLEAN. There was a sort of Kleinfeld feel
