Not sure why there are some many issues now but when we moved in at almost opening, things were great. Now, after being here for a few years, in our 2nd building, things are declining fast. Let me start by saying I am glad we stopped receiving sometimes multiple daily, but mostly weekly emails about picking up after pets, barking pets, dog park noises, etc. Anytime you walk around, there is at least a pile of dog crap or pee on the ground. Sidewalk, grass, EVEN hallways, elevators, stairwells. You name it. It's TRULY disgusting. If we still enforced the DNA testing, I'm sure the problem

Cleaned the windows
Put caulk on shower shelf chip
Painted over "Bill" name in interior front door frame
Fixed dishwasher(dishwasher leaking last night. I noticed the flooring was already water damaged from previous problems. I do hope this won't be ongoing)
Fixed child lock on window
I tried to only give my experience. For now this review is completed too.

Living in Two99 Monroe has been such a great experience so far. I absolutely love the office staff and the maintenance staff. When it was my birthday they left me a cute birthday card on my door, which I appreciated so much since I moved to Texas all by myself and didn't really have my friends or family here. They sent edible arrangements to my work to show appreciation for choosing them. And if there are any issues they take care of it right away. These small things (in my opinion are big things) does truly impact a person or at least me. They always want to make sure their residence are

Love absolutely everything about living here! The club house area & gym is my personal favorite. A peloton bike subscription is included & the location couldn't be better. The office staff are so friendly and always willing to help out. Will be living here for a while!!
