My mission is pretty simple: MAKE IT EASIER FOR ATHLETES OF ALL LEVELS TO STAY ACTIVE. I have been a massage therapist since 2018 and a fitness enthusiast for many years. I am passionate about keeping people active and fit through every stage of their lives.

I accept payment by cash or major credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), including HSA and FSA cards. The application of pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue in order to release tension and promote blood flow. The application of medical-grade suction cups over painful areas in order to promote blood flow and reduce pain and inflammation.

I am 100% committed to your satisfaction. Please read each policy to ensure that you have a GREAT experience with me. 1. If I am not able to make a scheduled appointment, I agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. I agree to pay $50 or 50% of the session rate (whichever is greater) if I give less than 24 hours notice.
