Dr. Casey grew up and has lived in the area since childhood. He is a 1981 graduate of Washingtonville High School. He received his B.S. in Biology at the State University of New York at Albany in 1986. He completed his education at Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia, receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1990.
