Family & Domestic Law
Report
We understand how overwhelming it can be to find yourself facing the end of a marriage, and dealing with the legal issues that come with divorce. Our team is here to guide you through the legal process while ensuring that you are treated fairly, with dignity and respect. Whether facing an ex-spouse, another attorney or the court, you can rely on us to look out for you and make sure your voice is heard.
Adoptions
Report
There are two steps in an adoption case: the first is relinquishing the current parent's rights regarding the child; the second is for a qualified and "morally sound" individual to take the place as the legal parent of the child. Adoptions can be complex matters, especially if a parent does not agree to relinquish the child, as a parent has certain constitutional rights.
Appeals
Report
The court can make a mistake, even when it operates with the best intentions. Whether there was an error by the Judge interpreting the law, a misunderstanding of the facts of your case, or a substantial error by the attorney representing you, some mistakes can be corrected. You have the right to appeal orders in your case.
Children Issues
Report
Family law cases concerning children issues are often the most contentious and difficult. You love your children, and you will fight as hard as you can to maintain your place in their lives. We appreciate your feelings, and we want you to know that we will do everything we can to ensure that you get the outcome you want and your children need.
