Dimitri's original location in downtown Lansing was known for it's unique combination of friendly service and power lunches. It was a people watchers paradise — one of the few places where you could easily see top players and humble staffers from government and industry, including Michigan legislators, governors, and sports stars, sitting side-by-side with the common folks whose sweat and strength built the products that have helped sustain Lansing's growth in an ever-changing competitive landscape.
