We had to get our thermostat replaced. Our service with Douglas Mechanical from Huff at our home was a great experience. He was polite and professional. I recommend him. I had an AC go out in an older house and I called Douglas Mechanical to fix it. They sold me on replacing the entire system. In the last year, my high end AC unit has gone out 4 times and they've have to come out to look at it 6 times with 3 different repairmen, always promising that the issue is fixed. I don't trust their installation was done properly and I don't trust their repairs. Go elsewhere

Even though we live in the Bryan/College Station area, they were on-time for every appointment. Everyone from the original diagnostic tech to the salesman to the installer was courteous, knowlegeable, and professional. Cracks in the ceiling from a misstep were fixed within a few days. Any additional needs that popped up after the install were handled quickly and efficiently, and they called to make sure that we were satisfied with the job.
