Collections arising from commercial transactions are the core area of our practice. These include claims for goods or services, claims arising from commercial loan transactions, commercial insurance premium collections as well as claims arising from all other business related debt. Claims arising from construction require specialized expertise.

Nh Courts
Report
Superior Courts sit in each of New Hampshire's ten counties. Hillsborough County, being the most populous, is divided into Northern and Southern Districts, with separate Superior Courts in each. Each of the other nine counties has one facility, usually at or near the County seat. Superior Courts have general jurisdiction over a wide variety of legal matters.
