Had a roof leak that left my living room floor covered with water that went on for the last 6 months of my lease. Dishwasher never worked in 2 years there. Even after submitting the proper non renewal notice and 60 days vacate notice the owner sent a collections agency after me for an extra $500 and took my 1 month security deposit.

I love this place ive Been here almost 2 yrs , and live next to office. Everlyn is a wonderful person ., and very upset that people are writing a bad review. Its usually the people who aren't doing the right things. She flexable, considerate, a pet lover. Throws parties at holidays. Decorates. Enjoys life, and people. Very fair. You just cant ask fot a better landlord. Many blessings upon her,and staff. Thank you for all you do

Horrible witch Evelyn Egan is thief manager.
Last year (March) offered lease renewal for $35.00 increase-I declined and got punished with 50.00 rent increase plus 50.00 supposed management fee plus 5.00 for insurance under her name (should anything occur in your apt-she gets paid). For 16 months
Now offered to renew for 35.00 (sign lease) via letter and when I went to office (within a month) she changed her mind and even with a signed lease. raised rent 50.00 for an apt that bathtub does not drain, elements on cooker do not work (3 out of 4)
Do not for your own good rent at CONWAY CLUB APTS!!

I used to live here, the manager clearly deleted my review for bad press.
I will rewrite it again.

Managers are shady and terrible people.
I lived in roach motel and pretty sure they broke my lock so I couldn't get into my apartment one day after work.
Living here was like walking on glass, being told that we couldn't have certain stuff in our window or patios. Pretty sure the price went up to 1,200 for two bedroom.

If anyone is reading this and is thinking of living in this place because it might seem affordable compared to other places here in east Orlando....Dont do it! Its a hostel from hell ran by a lady who has no professionalism or morals. The place is falling apart with AC units from the 80s that costed me 450.00 a month for my electric bill. They have roaches and mold. Apartments get wet when it rains making the rugs damp. Everything in the Apartment is outdated... Electric brake panel from the 80s. I was told i could bring my emotional companion dog whom ive had for 8 yrs in other properties and

Stay away, this apartment complex is a dump and has never been updated, the manager here will seem nice but then try to bully you. recently my dog passed away when I asked about my $400 dollar
deposit, she tells me that I don't get it back until I move out, in which is
not true of Florida renters law, a deposit is a deposit and must be returned in full if the pet has not done any damage and no longer live there, and a pet fee is a pet fee and nonrefundable, look at the wording on your lease folks, it says deposit not fee and is subject court action under Florida law.

I Currently live here and I deeply regret moving in. The leasing lady Evelyn is bogus and a little crazy, they evict people here for anything, The walls are so thin I can have conversations with my roommate while I'm in my room with the door closed. DO NOT DO IT. TRUST ME. I REPEAT DO NOT DO IT. Evelyn the property manager will literally make up things to harass you so she can evict you.

This place is a dump and the manager is a complete nightmare. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere. She is condescending and a horrible human being. She raises rent every few months. And then threatens to ruin your credit if u try to leave. She is really nosey and has a very nasty attitude. And the maitenance does absolutely nothing when you need something fixed. I've had the soap bar fall off in the bathroom since 2013 and it has never been fixed. They just plastered it up with a grocery bag and some caulking. Then left the soap bar on the side of the tub. Take the warning and run the other direction

This complex is the worst when it comes to privacy. The property manager assumes that I'm selling drugs out of my apartment. I'm a single mom with three kids. One of my kids is a young adult so maybe she smokes, but I'm not selling it and neither is she. I wish all the harrasment, bulling and prejudice would stop. I wish she would just leave me and my children alone. I've heard some many thing about her can't wait to find somewhere else to move. I feel harassed. I think she has SME sort of mental disorder

Living here was a nightmare. After my dad passed the property manager began harassing my mother and I. Leaving notes on our door accusing us of things we didn't do and accusing my nephew of things when he hasn't been over. Just constant harassment. Then evicted us, giving us only 7 days to get out causing us to be homeless. I wouldn't move here. Evelyn the property manager will literally make up things to harass you so she can evict you. I think she may have some personality disorder.

Well I'm living here for almost 7 months. I never have problems with Mrs. Evelyn. She always treat me nice, I see that she is trying to keep the place in order and I understand her job. When I have a problem they fix it promptly. Felicia the assistance manager and Tony are very helpful and nice too. The location is good. No complains so far.

Conway Club is the cheapest place you can live in. It only has one maintenance guy who sucks, he doesn't know what he is doing and never fixes the problem. Evelyn is a Rude landlord and will rip you off when she can. she will do whatever possible to evict you when she wants too. Don't let the price fool you.....you get what you pay for.
