Rental Application Process
Report
Each applicant of legal age must submit a rental application. There is a non-refundable application fee of $30.00 per applicant. Preview our rental listing online and select the properties you like, drive by the properties, and determine if you like the location and the property. If you like the property please contact our office to set up a showing.
Acceptance Policy

If the property allows pets there may be a pet deposit of $500 and the tenant(s) may be required to maintain rental insurance. 4. All tenants age 18 and over must fill out a rental application, illegible or incomplete applications are rejected. Reviewing public records, including court records and the Unlawful Detainer Registry, Sex Offender Database, Criminal Database, Terrorist Database.

We love all dogs, but the following breeds/crossbreeds are not allowed: Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Akita, Bullmastiff, Mastiff, American Staffordshire terriers, Staffordshire terriers, American terriers, bull terriers, and wolf hybrids. Restrictions are subject to change without notice.
