Services
Metal Roofing
Metal roofing systems provide exceptional durability with solar-reflecting properties that reduce energy costs. Our installations feature fire-resistant materials that maintain structural integrity during extreme weather. These 100% recyclable systems combine environmental benefits with 40-70 year lifespans, making them ideal for Florida's climate conditions.
Tile Roofing
Tile roofing systems offer superior protection against wind, water, and fire damage while maintaining energy efficiency through thermal insulation. Our installations use sustainable materials that withstand hurricane-force winds and extreme temperatures. With proper maintenance, these systems can last over 50 years, providing long-term value for residential properties.
Shingle Roofing
Shingle roofing provides cost-effective protection with materials engineered to withstand 130mph winds. Our installations complete in one day for most homes, combining traditional aesthetics with modern durability. These systems offer 20-30 year lifespans with proper maintenance, making them ideal for budget-conscious property owners.
Flat Roofing
Flat roofing systems support commercial infrastructure requirements while providing durable protection against Florida's weather patterns. Our installations include modern TPO membranes and traditional torch-down systems. These versatile solutions accommodate HVAC equipment placement while maintaining watertight integrity across expansive surfaces.
Metal Fabrication
Custom metal fabrication services produce precision components for roofing systems, including flashings and chimney caps. Our process requires 50% down payment before production begins, with completion times varying by project complexity. All items include customer responsibility for dimensional accuracy as specified in purchase agreements.

Installed our shingles (GAF Timberline Ultra) 15 years ago. In the last five years we've had two roof leaks. First repair $1,200, second $500. Reason we're having leaks: Nails exposed at seams are now disintegrated creating a hole. According to MFG and person doing the repair the original install was done incorrectly. The improper nail fastening pattern created nails directly under the seems. Mr. Schultz maybe you and your staff should watch the GAF install videos on YOUTUBE. HMMMM! go figure Mr. Schultz doesn't return phone calls. Wouldn't recommend using, you won't know you have a problem til
