As an apartment tenant, I have lived in apartments before, as well as my own homes. My 9 months at Meadowbrook Apartment Complex was the best apartment I have had. It was comfortable, plenty storage, everything worked, and the maintenance if you need it was right away, but I did not need much done.

I tried to talk to the lady at the office I believe her name is Toni about renting an apartment and she was very rude and disrespectful talking to me and making me feel uncomfortable about living there. I've always heard good things about living here but recently I've heard it's been going downhill. Hopefully it gets better for future residents.

Not pet friendly. 500 up front if you have a pet plus papers needed and 50 every month just to keep them here all because of pets doing their business in the grass. Don’t even spend 12 a month on pets food to begin with yet have to pay 50 a month just to keep them. That 50 should cover a small crew to come an pickup if its truly an issue, not just some cheap little bags and a trashcan since its such a big deal and expensive. Larger dog owners seem to leave the mess behind anyway even after the “threat” of having to pay another 50 in fines. Tenants also have to be present for the facilities

I have been a resident at Meadowbrook for over 5 years. The management is outstanding; the property is well taken care of; individual maintenance needs are done in a timely manner. It is safe here; management puts up with no shenanigans! Location is great and convenient to get anywhere. The pool, clubhouse, and workout room are all beautiful. Great place to live!!!
