A: Medicare coverage is different in a chiropractic office than in your medical provider's office. Chiropractors are required to document your visit using up to three different types of codes, each of which represents a different procedure that was performed in the office that day.
There is a separate code to report new evaluations for new conditions or ones following some type of injury, there is a code to represent the adjustment portion and there is a code to represent each individual therapy service that you may receive (for example: Electric muscle stimulation or stretching).Medicare covers 80% of ONLY THE ADJUSTMENT CODE.

Payment is expected at the time of service. A reasonable attempt will be made to accurately estimate the amount owed based upon your treatment and insurance coverage, if available. Outstanding balances passed 30 days will be assessed an initial late fee of $25.00. An additional $10 late fee per month will be charged for outstanding balances that exceed 60 days.

All new patients are seen by appointment only. New patient appointments can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the severity of your complaint. We ask that you complete your paperwork prior to your appointment time. Please download the forms below and complete them prior to your appointment.
