Dr. Dan Thompson

Dr. Dan Thompson was born in Okinawa, Japan while his father was serving in the United States Military. After graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2013, he went on to practice dentistry for several years in the Nashville TN area as well as several surrounding rural areas doing a lot of dentistry in underserved communities.

Dr. Tom Thompson was born and raised in Owensboro, KY. He attended college at the University of Kentucky and went on after graduation to attend the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry where he graduated in 1984. He joined the United States Navy, commissioned as an officer, after his completion of dental school.
Dr. Kathryn Haire

Dr. Kathryn Haire was born in Washington D.C. as her father was completing his oral surgery residency at Walter Reed Naval Hospital. She is also Dr. Thompson's youngest sibling. Dr. Haire graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2016 and went on to attend the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, graduating in 2020.

I cannot say enough good things about River Valley Dental! I had a dental emergency over the weekend and they were able to get me in the office to take care of it first thing Monday morning. Dr. Thompson and his staff are great at what they do and you can tell that they care about their patients' comfort.
