I have been a tenant with this company over 8 years. The staff is very friendly & courteous and quick to address my needs & requests. Maintenance & repairs has been done in a timely manner. Overall my experience has been well received & has given me the home environment that I'm still enjoying. TEAM, keep up the great work!!

This has to be the worst company to rent from!
I was promised to have things new, fixed and cleaned before move in and it was far from what they said! They didn’t clean, didn’t have things ready! 1st day of move in refrigerator broken and had to wait 5 days for them to fix it, not to mention it was old rusty an dirty! I requested a new one but that was completely ignored! Door knobs missing! No information about parking, had to call them to asked about parking permits, amenity access only to fine I had to it an extra 50.00 dollars to get a parking pass after I had just gave them 3300 dollars

It is not a safe or responsible company, think about it very well before considering this company to rent. In my experience I was always very responsible with all the payments and with the care of the house, when I moved to that place they delivered it to me in very bad condition with broken stuff, damaged and dirty things. So in the time that I lived there were many problems which the company did not respond to for the repairs that was almost every day calling to place repair orders and they never sent someone. They did not want to return my deposit of $ 3,900 and I called them and it turns out

You never speak with the same person twice. Your information is never retained because they have no communication skills. Don't have a roof problem because nothing will ever be done about it. And make sure upon moving in record and document every condition and smell because it will benefit you upon relocating. Because I moved in and the unit smelled like straight animals and it forced me to buy my own carpet cleaner in which I had to waste my time a month before I could actually settle in cleaning and cleaning to lift the smell and all the animal hairs.
