We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.

A great renters insurance policy will do just that and is a requirement to live at our community. Covers you for damages related to water, fire, smoke & explosion (Not All Carriers cover these!).

My wife and I moved in a few months ago and Coreene was our consultant, & let me just say she HOOKED it up, if it wasn't for her hospitality, effectiveness, we would of never moved in! She is the best, made the process easy, smooth, & quick. Went above and beyond to make sure we were good. & anytime I have any questions or concerns within the same day (not even a full 24 hours) returns my calls, email. That's impressive if you ask me! We are beyond grateful for everyone working in Integra sunrise as all of you guys are beyond amazing!! Thank you!

Lovely apartment complex but to get ANYTHING done you have to go into the office. You can call at 10 am ,2pm , or 4 … it doesn’t matter they never pick up the phone and then when you go into the office you see people just sitting there doing nothing. Love the apartment , but this will probably be my last lease term because of their constant phone issues and email issues. It’s very poor customer service

I have lived here for a year and a half. At that time, I loved the location, amenities, and how clean everything is. However, what really sold me, was the staff. They all look happy to be here and ready to help. Maintenance always waves to everyone and super polite when they come to fix or inspect anything. Then there is the front office. Not are they only employees, but there are actual residents working here too. My first interaction was with Catherine. This woman is fantastic, she helped me navigate the entire process answering all of my first time questions. Which was not a short list. From

I would highly recommend this community." I recently moved into the community from another state . I love it. The building is quiet. The community is great! My boyfriend and I were looking for something new and we stumbled across Integra by chance. We spoke with Catherine and decided to take the leap of applying not being able to see a model of the unit we wanted. Catherine showed us lots of pictures and videos and had us sold. She helped us through the entire application and leasing process and we are so grateful for her help. She treated us so well and made us feel so excited and welcome to our new home.
