We operate primarily on an appointment basis; however, we also accommodate emergency and critical care cases. Originally from New York, Dr. Gibney obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University (1978), his Master of Science Degree from University of Nebraska (1981), and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from The Ohio State University (1985).
