We are open everyday Sunday thru Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 9 PM. For more than 14 years the Palisades Restaurant and Saloon has been a fixture in the Gunnison valley, providing great, affordable meals to locals and visitors alike.
