Dr. Welch was born and raised in Wyoming before his family relocated to Las Vegas when he was 15. After graduating from Silverado High School he went on a two year mission to Brazil where he became fluent in Portuguese. After his mission he started his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University where he studied until he married his wife Tiffany and then transferred to the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Dr Greg was born and raised in a small town in Wyoming where his father was a dentist. He attended the University of Wyoming where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He then attended Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha Nebraska. In 1990, after dental school, he and his family moved to Las Vegas to make it their home.

LOVE LoVE this office. It’s not just a cleaning appointment…..it’s an experience. From the front office all the way to the back with the hygienists are all amazing. I am beyond happy with this office! I have been before and dr Jon is amazing. But I went today and had horrible pain and no time off to get it fixed other than today.. Dr Brad worked through his lunch break so I could get a root canal because I was on so much pain! He's absolutely amazing and the staff of this whole office is so helpful and make you feel comfortable. They break down everything they do to you for you to understand what is happening and will answer any questions you have kindly and seriously. Thank you so much!! I will forever be a patient here!

No lecture, no telling me what to do, simply educating me and then letting me make my own choices from there. That attitude, made me want to follow her advice. These guys are great! They break everything down for you and explain it to the best of their ability and don't force you to do everything all at once. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite sometime but they made the process seamless. Raina took care of me for my first cleaning and cheese and crackers did she do some great work, it took sometime but she hung in there and made me feel like a new person which I appreciate tremendously. I'm so happy to have found Welch Dentistry upon moving here. What a welcoming and thorough office! The staff is friendly and does a great job of making their clientele feel comfortable. I have to say working with Dr. Greg and his team was one of the best dentist experiences of my life. I went in there with the idea of getting all implants, and after reviewing my options with him, we came up with a bit of a different plan, and I have to say everything looks amazing! It’s so refreshing to find a good dentist. Not only are they all friendly from front to back but they are all so patient. Valerie is so kind, patient, and helpful. I hadn’t seen a dentist in a while due to a bad experience with my last but she was able to build back my trust for them again. She took time to explain things to me and was honest about what tools to use and what actually works. I greatly appreciate her and everyone in the office. I will be a patient for years to come.

Welch dentistry is the best in Las Vegas. I’ve been to a few dental practices in the area and none even compare to their top notch modern dental technology. They even have a CT scan in their office! They made my retainers in office and were perfect! The front desk staff are very accommodating, patient and friendly. Anytime I call to make an appointment, schedule, cancel or request how much I have left on my dental plan the ladies are always helpful especially Destiny. Dr. John is amazing. I love Welch dentistry I have gone here for years. They always make you feel like part of the family. The Energy is always high you can hear staff laughing and enjoying being there. The front desk is super helpful and knowledgeable they go out of there way to make sure you have a good experience. The back office Jennifer, Leo and Aaryon are so funny they make you feel at ease. I can’t pick my favorite doctor I think they are all great. If you want to have a comfortable dental experience I would only recommend them

By far, the BEST dental office I have ever been to! I tell everyone I know about this office! Dr. Greg was my dentist! He and his staff are absolutely amazing. They figure out a plan for you and get things done fast and accurate! They do as much as you can handle in one appointment, instead of spacing everything out. I had to finance some work to be done and their finance options are great, very affordable! With being insecure about my smile and the work I needed done, I was hesitant, but they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I have a whole new smile now and couldn't be more happier

Today I received my third if not fourth crown at this office. There's a reason I keep coming back. First and foremost, I would like to keep all my teeth! But right up there at the top of my list, is the way I am treated at this office. Everybody is friendly, kind and patient. All those things you look for in a dentist office. I had an appointment to get my permanent crown and then the pandemic hit. Everybody closed down. So of course my appointment was canceled. I was in a lot of pain with my tooth for about three weeks am I old Dennis couldn't figure out what the issue was. My bite was off. I wrote them an email and their website and they were able to see me the next day. i'm so grateful that they could see me the next day and help me with my pain. Looking forward to getting my cleaning. They also had amazing x-ray technology.

I am beyond ecstatic that I came across this office. I am terrified of dentists and have not been to one in years. I was comfortably put under sedation to have 2 root canals completed. The pain after was extremely minimal. I scheduled another appointment for 4 more to be done next month. I was able to be placed on a payment plan with low interest as well. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist. Very happy to have such great service in the Southern Highlands area.
I would definitely recommend if you need any dental work done.

My appointment was at 1pm, I arrived at 12:55 checked in and was called in at 1:04! That happens, never. Granted I had filled out the forms online prior to arriving, an option that I loved. This is obviously a better way to handle appointments.
From there everyone I encountered was very sweet and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Jonathan gave me more options than the last 3 dentist I've seen combined.
My daughter was seen on the same visit, we were in separate rooms but they told me where she was and what was happening the entire time.

I really like this dentist. Only problem I had was that it was very complicated to get x rays of my wisdom teeth send to my oral surgeon. I had to go back to Welch to get additional x rays done because the one they sent me over with originally were NOT of my wisdom teeth. Kind of a dumb mistake but I really like the staff there and they let me come in and get additional x rays at no charge and put them on a disk for me.

Best dental experience ever! Raina is such a sweet person & its such a great model to run an office where patients are comfortable and see the same faces for cleanings and exams. It makes the experience more personal & for them to take the time and effort to run a model like that is just awesome. The are always on their A game and so friendly and have a clean, peaceful environment. You can tell they care about their patients & do their best efforts to help aid in preventative care. Just had the worst experience with this place over any other Dental practice that I have ever been to.
Lost an old filling and called to book an appointment to replace it. They are not able to get me in for nearly a week, which was no problem. Went in today June 21st for my appointment and am told that I need to have a clean before they do any work.
Still ok, so when. June 27th earliest date yet another week delay and unfortunately I am with clients that day.
Next available time July 17th....and then they need to book a separate appointment after that for the filling....
Completely unacceptable

From the moment we walked in to the office, my husband and I could tell that everyone at Welch Dentistry truly cared and is part of an amazing team. All the staff we encountered were extremely welcoming and friendly . The intake process for us as new patients was easy and headache free. The office itself is inviting and very nicely decorated. Dr. Brad is an excellent all-round dentist. I am 72 (retired professor from NY) and have had many others...he is the best for many reasons. He is meticulous and highly skilled in many procedures (crowns, cosmetic dentistry, bone graphs, implants, etc.) so there is no need for referrals. He is able to use anesthetic to put you to sleep for painless dentistry, or give you nearly pain-free injections. He pulled a tooth, did a bone graft and an implant, all in one visit.
