We welcome approved pets with breed restrictions. Residents may keep up to two pets per home after registration via PetScreening.com. A non-refundable $300 fee and $35 monthly rent per pet apply, ensuring a safe environment for all residents.

I recently moved here and I love it!!! When I asked questions they were quickly answered, and the apartment itself was spotless when It came to move in day. The leasing office staff members are always super nice and informative as well. I'm very happy I chose Albany Landing!

Finding apartments that are good in every area it counts is REALLY hard and this place really has it all. It's very close to anything you might need on a daily basis, thus the location is ideal. But more than that, the staff are extremely personable, caring, timely and everything else you would want. They take care to have events that welcome everybody and help you celebrate holidays. Maintenance takes care of things within a day and if they can't fix it with what they brought, they go back and get whatever they need to take care of the issue. I have lived at Albany Landing for over 5 years. I totally love it! I had chosen this place to retire. The management are helpful and friendly. The residents are great. I love to bass fish and Albany Landing gives me a wonderful, beautiful and safe place to live and play. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. It's living in the country while being in the city. :)
