In 2016, I quit my career in corporate finance to work on an app I was developing for the rock climbing industry. I wasn't happy in finance and I wanted to be a coder. I wanted to build things and be creative. I had dreams of building the next Strava but for rock climbing, and we were getting some attention in the industry.

Engagement photos are one of my favorites types of photoshoots to do. There is so much freedom in what we can do and I love capturing the candid moments that inevitably come. It's the in-between moments that matter most. We'll do some posed shots but I also want you guys to connect with each other because that's where the real magic happens.

Senior year of high school is a big milestone in a young person's life. I remember having my senior photos done (back in 2003) and there was one photographer in my town that everyone went to. The same old boring poses on the same old boring backgrounds. But, my mom still has those pictures hanging on her walls in their house.
