Here we are on month 7 of waiting for a backdoor replacement that I was told it would take 90 days for the door to get in which would put at being replaced in September 2021. September rolled around no new door contacted the leasing office, maintenance, and corporate to be told "all the doors are getting replaced and due to covid the doors won't be in until the end of the year" so that moves it to December 2021. Here we are 2022 and no update on the door replacement. Contacted the leasing office which acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about, contacted maintenance who informed me they

I was skeptical about renting, but was pleased to see that this is not like other apartment complexes. I was going to get something in Owings Mills but I am glad that I did not! It is a small complex and very quiet. Very impressed at how well the grounds are maintained and the residents also (so far) quite responsible. Close to many amenities. The staff in the office are very nice, great attitude - and quite patient. The maintenance people are also wonderful. I am very comfortable here and would highly recommend it.

None of the townhouses air conditioning units cool any rooms in the homes. Either installation is non existent or the units are inadequate. The upstairs never cool but when temps reach 90 degrees the temperature remains 85 in the living areas. Most tenants are wasting electric trying to cool and also running window units which are not allowed. Maintenance will come check temp from air units, say it's fine and leave. Been dealing with this over 8 years. Summer bge bills are outrageous!

Another nice small and local apartment and townhouse facility for the renters in US quiet cul-de-sac living a playground for the children which live there no swimming pool or extra amenities most of the houses and apartments do have air condition systems and Heat small backyards small front yards enough parking for all the tenants and overnight guests.

I currently live here. The apartments are not bad by any standards, they are old apartments with some quirks but they get on just fine.
The management at this complex is not good by any standard. My apartment had features lacking from the model, as well as some quality issues that I wanted to have fixed. These issues were either never fixed or took ages to repair. My microwave had broken and it took over a month for them to repair it.
During the entire ordeal with my microwave being broken, it was impossible to obtain any information on the repair status. The property manager never called even

My wife and I lived here for 1 year and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had living in an apartment/townhouse. We had a townhouse with a fenced-in yard and a gate that was hanging off one of the hinges. We were told before we moved in that it would be replaced. After a few weeks it was not touched and we asked about it again and they promised it would be repaired. One year later and it still never happened. Not a huge issue, but things only got worse from there. The outlet our fridge was plugged into had issues and ended up shutting the fridge off and ruining all our food. Our AC also

I am very upset at Colony Hill right now. My roommates and I paid separately for our security deposit for this apartment and now we can't even cash our deposit check because they live in one state and I live in another and the company wont reissue another check to accommodate our situation. It's kind of messed up because you guys got your money when you needed it, but we can't even get ours back properly. I will never recommend anyone to any of your properties and your customer service is awful. You really need to do better and change your policies because other properties issue separate checks
