Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation of Fort Worth is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, located in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas. We are on the east side of the Crawford Farms neighborhood, about a mile east of I-35W and Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital. We feature 132 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings.
