BJ and Christy Tijerina founded P.S. Plumbing Specialists in September of 2015. In April of 2020, the business took on a whole new look and a new name, Route 66 Plumbing! Prior to the birth of their own business, BJ worked as a plumbing supervisor and Christy as a RN. The dream of owning and operating his own business had been stirring in BJ for many years, his desire has always been to bring craftsmanship back into the plumbing trade.
He always says "If you're not going to do it right the first time, don't bother doing it!" BJ and Christy were raised right here in Amarillo/Canyon and have a heart for their community and other local businesses. They believe in the truth that we are all fearfully and wonderfully made by our heavenly Father.

We called several other places before calling Route 66 and none could guarantee to come out the same day. Route 66 gave a small window of time as to when they would be out so we didn't have to wait around all day. Once Dillan arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable about how to best fix the problem.
