Growing up in Mississippi, whenever my Grandpa saw me, he always squeezed my cheeks together to make a "fish mouth" and then he'd give me a big ol' kiss. In fact, I think he took this favorite image of me when I was two. This crinkled photo is so dear to me. It holds a treasured memory of what I look like at that age, how big I can make my cheeks (take that, fish!) and a memory of a very special relationship.
