I am beyond frustrated and HURT to say the least at how this place, more specifically Case Worker Maria conducts business in such an insensitive manner. What Case Worker, Manager or Administrator does not put scheduled appointments in their calendar and forgets, nor calls to say, hey I haven't gotten to it yet etc... nor does she keep her word to call back to let us know ANYTHING. WOW! I had a great experience with the physical therapy staff at this facility. Connie was really patient at every session, and always spent extra time making sure we were okay. We had all our needs addressed really quickly. once the administrator of the building even came to answer my mom's call light and got her a glass of water. Great service. Thank you to all the staff!

If I tell you everything that has happened, it would become a book!!! Anyway my mommy passed away April 12th. When it became time to retrieve her belongings (we made sure we a list of ALL her belongings and they had
