I'm not very impressed with there billing I explained that my cat may have a broken arm and I don't have the money right now but will have the money on Friday and was told that I need to pay for service on day of service it's sad that they say they care about your pet and when it comes to putting there words to there mouth

I would recommend to anyone.i took my mother's dog...I've not ever had an experience like today..they were awesome reassuring and helpful..I switched all of our dogs there.
