We do carpet cleaning, re-painting, and an overall cleaning of the apartment before each move-in. Emergencies are handled immediately. All other service requests are handled in a timely manner and in order in which they are received. Yes, hanging pictures and other decorations is encouraged! If you would like to paint your apartment you will need to check with the Property Manager first.
