Ryan and team are the absolute best real estate agents out there. Ryan was extremely patient with us as first time homebuyers and new clients, and really listened to our needs. Ryan's knowledge of architecture, renovation, and the market is so unique, and his no-bulls*** attitude is incredibly refreshing. We had a quirky search - fairly extreme fixers in varied but specific neighborhoods throughout the Bay Area. We also considered alternative financing, and even modular construction. All this to say, a lot to deal with and far from the norm when buying a house.

We were first-time buyers. Within days of meeting Ryan, he spotted several hidden, costly issues with an apartment we had identified independently and to which we had become irrationally attached.
Within two weeks, we found a great place that better suited our needs. Despite a competitive bidding process, we secured the apartment for under asking price. Six months later, we're settled into our new home and couldn't be happier.

Ryan has now helped us purchase 2 properties and sell 1, all in the San Francisco area. He is an architect-turned realtor and is AMAZING. Our first purchase with him was a multi-family property. Ryan helped me find and purchase a condo 2016 when I moved to San Francisco from South Africa. Throughout the process he was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Ryan served as the selling agent for my condo in Mission Dolores, San Francisco. For a number of reasons, it was a complicated sale. Ryan did a great job with marketing and showing. More importantly, he handled some fairly delicate issues related to compliance and legal as a consummate professional (which is why, not surprisingly, he's in the top 1% of brokers in SF).
