In order to get to know who we are working with and to provide our customers the best possible service, we will need to know about our customers, such as their names, addresses, cell phone numbers, and email addresses to complete a new customer file. We will also inquire if you are the property owner or a tenant of rental property.
All this information is required in order for us to provide you with formal written estimates, service billings, and paid receipts, as well as credit card verification, filing of required City and County Permits and Notice of Commencement papers for owners with City and County government offices. We may also refer to Public Records to verify ownership of properties.

Tips
Report
To remove unsightly mineral deposits on your shower head, put one cup of vinegar in a plastic bag and place it over the shower head. Hold it in place with a twist tie and let stand overnight. In the morning, remove the bag and wipe off the mineral deposits with a damp cloth. Do not use your toilet as a wastebasket.
