Dr. Surdis has always been active in sports and athletics and wanted to be in the field where he can help others achieve a higher degree of health and wellness. Dr. Surdis was born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens N.Y. He decided to move to Florida to practice Chiropractic because his family was moving out of New York and he had a career opportunity in South Florida.

She has been with our company for over 19 years and she is one of our most valuable assets. Chanda provides daily supervision of our staff, organizes community based events, coordinates patient satisfaction and handles office financing and billing procedures.

Posture Exercises

Keep your back, shoulders and head flat against the wall. Elbows parallel to the floor and hold position for 20-30 seconds and then raise your arms overhead for rest. Lower your arms and repeat 5-10 times twice per day. Lie on the floor or bed, raise head to parallel with your spine then bring your arms up as shown in the picture above.
