Lou Slife is the head instructor at Modern Sensei. Mr. Slife is a professionally certified instructor with over 30 years of martial arts experience which includes: Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, Kempo, Shaolin Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi & Qi Gong. Modern Sensei blends all of the advantages of a mixed martial arts facility with the fun and family friendly environment of the traditional martial arts dojo.
