It is hard to express how caring Dr. Erin Marsh is in a short survey. Every time I have needed something done for my animals, she has taken the time to ensure that I fully understand the process and am comfortable with the treatment plan. The staff inside is always incredibly friendly and makes me feel like I am among friends. The curbside drop-off has really helped as well with my concerns around health. I can also run some errands, making the entire process better for my busy schedule. Thank you so much, Highway Animal Hospital. You have a customer for life.

Dr. Fleming and staff always go above and beyond for my dogs. Im so grateful for the compassionate care they receive during each appointment. I will never go to another vet. One of my dogs was always nervous to go to the vet and hes become so relaxed!

I came back with another bad review because the owner veterinary called me saying she wont see my puppy and go somewhere else because of the way I spoke to the staff. I dont understand how a professional doctor would turn a patient away because of their bruised ego.

I've been taking my dog here for the past few years. The service has been exceptional and I am so grateful for Dr. Fleming - especially through the pandemic. This was my rescue from when she was a puppy. I highly recommend this vet clinic - so happy we found a good one after searching around a while.

On our annual visits, the price was never to same it would range from $225 to $450+ for the same tests every year my dog had 4 emergences in her lifetime the first was before Dr. Fleming Boo was electrocuted & we were seen within minutes of the accident we were treated well & Boo recovered well the other 3 times were after Dr. Fleming took over during normal business hours and she was unavailable to see her the last time was on 5/19/2021 again during office hours and not available again they said to go to emergency care in Stratford who had a 4+ hour wait we had to go to emergency care

Where to begin? I would recommend Dr. Fleming one thousand times over! When our 9 month old puppy needed surgery we didn’t know what to do. But Dr. Fleming and her team took such great care of him. I trusted them. They made sure to keep up updated as to what was happening and how he was doing. When he wasn’t recovering the way he should have they did their investigation and did what they had to to make sure our pup had the best of everything. I couldn’t thank this team enough throughout this whole process they made us feel comfortable and calm! Thank you so very much to all the

While this veterinary clinic is a bit out of the way for me, I'll keep going back. The staff has shown excellent care towards my pet. They take the time to explain things that I would otherwise not understand. Thanks for taking helping me with Snowball.
