Services
Testimonials
Report
I am writing you to express my appreciation for the quality of work that you and your entire workforce consistently provide. Your willingness to do value engineering, pre-contract investigations and help schedule solutions has proven to be invaluable over the years. Our working relationship of some 15 years has been, for the most part, commercial school construction.
Commercial Roofing
Report
Invented in the 1850's, the built-up roof is a multi-ply membrane which has evolved into a very durable and reliable roof system. Single Ply membranes appeared in our area in the 1980's. The first systems were comprised of synthetic rubber (EPDM) which was usually held in place by a gravel ballast.
Sheet Metal
Report
Watts & Associated Roofing Inc. (WAR) is ANSI/SPRI ES-1 certified to fabricate a large selection of standard and custom fabricated sheet metal products to meet all of your architectural metalwork needs. From fascias to copings, custom shapes, and gravel stops to drip edges, we are ready to fill your order.
Single Ply Roofing
Report
Single Ply membranes appeared in our area in the 1980's. The first systems were comprised of synthetic rubber (EPDM) which was usually held in place by a gravel ballast. These were known as loose laid systems; but because of their heavy weight and difficulties in locating leaks, they have lost popularity.
Modified Bitumen
Report
Modified Roofing Systems are similar to BUR systems in that they are multi-ply systems and can incorporate BUR membranes to build a hybrid system. Asphalt and/or cold adhesives can be used as the adhesive to adhere the membranes together. Modified membranes consist of bitumen, modifiers, and a reinforcement of fiberglass, polyester or a combination of both for the reinforcement mat.
